Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Racing Toward Diversity
The Arthritis Foundation’s promise is to empower all people with arthritis to live their best life. Not some people, not only people who live in a certain part of the country, or who look a certain way. We know that we need a diverse staff and a diverse army of volunteers leading our work and inviting others to join our movement so that we can serve a diverse group and we have to be intentional to get there.
"Working at the Arthritis Foundation is challenging and gratifying. I am able to use my full skillset and work openly and collaboratively with internal colleagues and incredible external volunteers to try to address a massive disease."
Jason Kim, VP, Osteoarthritis Programs | Georgia
